• Scope of Work: Construction of the Cupertino Union School District (CUSD) Walk-In Cooler and Freezer Project for the following middle schools as indicated in Contract documents: Hyde Middle School (Walk-in Cooler), 19325 Bollinger Rd., Cupertino, CA 95014, Miller Middle School (Walk-in Cooler), 6151 Rainbow Dr. San Jose, CA 95129.
• Mandatory Bid Walk: A mandatory prebid conference and site visit will be held on April 22, 2025 beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Hyde Middle School, 19325 Bollinger Rd., Cupertino. From there, the prebid site visit will proceed to Miller Middle School, 6151 Rainbow Dr., San Jose.
• Contractor License required: Contractor License required: B General Contractor & C-38 (Refrigeration), C-38 can be subcontractor to B General Contractor
• Prequalification required: If you are not currently approved on Quality Bidders for Cupertino Union School District, please go here to submit an application.
• Engineer's Estimate: $474,306.00
• Bid Opening Date and Time: May 2, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m.
