NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is Hereby Given that sealed bids endorsed as listed in the below Bid Opportunities

section will be received and publicly opened by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Clifton, at the

due date and prevailing time described below, at which time responses will be publicly opened

and read, via Zoom. A web link to the Zoom invitation will be provided upon written request and

will be posted on our City of Clifton Purchasing website: www.cliftonnj.org/bids.aspx

Bids are to be delivered no later than the prevailing time indicated below, but it is strongly

urged that, bids be delivered ahead of the above bid opening time. Bids shall be delivered to the

Finance Office, located on the 2nd Floor of 900 Clifton Ave, Clifton, County of Passaic, New

Jersey 07013, attention of Amisha J. Jariwala, Purchasing Agent. The City of Clifton is prohibited

from publicly opening bids on Mondays or any day directly following a State or Federal holiday,

in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23 a and b.

BID OPPORTUNITIES:

• BID #26-014 for the providing of FORM PRINTING AND STATIONERY PRINTING

SERVICES, for the City of Clifton – DUE DATE and TIME: January 14,2026, at 11:00 AM

Bidding documents (the “Bid Package") may be obtained via email request by prospective

bidders between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Be sure to include your

company name, telephone number, and email address when submitting your request to the City’s

Purchasing Agent, Amisha Jariwala at ajariwala@cliftonnj.org

All bid addenda will be issued on the website at www.cliftonnj.org. Therefore, all

interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole

responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.

The City of Clifton is only responsible for forwarding addendums or clarifications to those

prospective bidders who obtained specifications directly from the City of Clifton, Division of

Purchasing, or to those who have put the City of Clifton, Division of Purchasing, on notice as

having received the specification.

Required bidder information can be found in the specification documents. This Proposal

is solicited through a fair and open process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.

Bidders shall comply with the requirements N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, c.127) and

N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
