Forklift Lease and Maintenance

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold $250,000), a fixed priced order contractor to provide Power Equipment Lease and Services. Contractor shall provide ALL equipment, labor, and parts for scheduled and preventive maintenance and repair services on the electric powered equipment, batteries, and battery chargers in accordance with the attached statement of work. Period of performance is for one base year and one option year.
