Forestry and Parks - Request for Proposal - Whitecourt Forest Area –…

During times of increased wildfire activity within the Whitecourt Forest Area, the Province may require additional facilities be provided on an “as-needed” basis, with no guarantees of work to various fire bases, and/or the Whitecourt Bunkhouse. Upon request by the Province, facilities must be fully operational within 48 hours of request. All locations have suitable locations for facilities with line power connections.

The Province may request the following facilities:

•        Sleeper (wet/dry) facility (s)
•        Wash facility (s) with laundry and single user washrooms with showers, including
water and sewage tank systems
•        Dining trailer(s)
•        Conference / open room facility (s)
•        Laundry facility (s) including water and sewage tank systems
•        Wellsite engineer trailer(s) including water and sewage tank systems

** Multiple Contracts may be awarded**

Multiple Contract may be awarded with Services being requested using a call down list. The call down list will be established using the Proposal Evaluation Criteria of this RFP with the highest scoring Contractor in the first call position followed by the second. third, fourth, etc.

Contractors may be required to provide simultaneous Services at more than one (1) location within the Whitecourt Forest Area depending on the needs of the Province.
