.1 Working towards the outcomes and objectives identified within the Design Report, the successful Proponent is to apply proven parks-based (non-urban) technical design practices in conjunction with appropriate tools and skilled resources through the Assessment, Conceptual Design, Detailed Design, Approval Process, Issued for Tender and Issued for Construction and Project Close Out phases for the site to achieve the end result desired by the Province.

.2 The work to be accomplished under this project includes:
.1 Replace existing electrical infrastructure to meet current Canadian Electrical Codes.
.2 Install electrical pedestals with 15A/30A receptacles in all nonpowered campsites.
.3 Provide an option to upgrade Loop C to provide 50A service.
.4 Consolidate utility meters to one primary meter.
.5 Coordinate with utility provider to ensure the primary service is adequate for the project requirements.
