WORK OF THE PROJECT
.1 Work of the Project, of which Work of this Contract is a part, comprises the following:
.1 Prime Contractor responsibilities
.2 Project Management and coordination and other required tasks to complete a construction project.
.3 Removal and disposal of existing dump station furnishings according to plans
.4 Proposed dump station including grading, gravel surface, stalls, and associated infrastructure
.5 Rehabilitation of landscaping and associated areas disturbed during construction including by not limited to road, seed areas, ditches, and culverts

.2 The Province reserves the right to subdivide, consolidate or otherwise modify the above contract packages.

WORK OF THIS CONTRACT
.1 Work of this Contract comprises the following:
.1 Removal of the existing dump station and construction of the proposed dump station at a new location, in accordance with the plans.
