.1 Work of this Contract comprises the following:
.1 Mobilization and demobilization to and from site, site preparation and site facilities.
.2 Environmental activities, including environmental protection, supply and install turbidity curtains, protection of existing trees, landscape restoration and dredging.
.3 Removals and relocations, including removal of existing timber finger docks, timber piles, timber boardwalk, lagging planks, chain handrails and posts, removal of existing log breakwater, removal of existing precast concrete launch ramp, removal of stairs. Temporary removal and relocation of benches, rental shed, paddle boards racks and kayak racks,
and salvage existing cleats.
.4 Work including, construction of breakwater, construction of concrete boardwalk, construction of gravel pathway and fishing platform, supply and install new sheetpiles, supply and install sheet pile cap, drain holes for sheetpiles, new precast launch ramp, supply and install pedestrian railing, pressure treated timber curb and riser.
.5 Marine equipment and accessories including supply and install floating docks, finger docks, accessible floating dock, conservation officer floating dock, shore connections and related anchors. Supply and install new flip up accessible ramp, ladders attached to floating docks, ladders and fenders attached to sheet piles, water navigation buoys, warning sign and base and kayak launch system.
.6 Electrical work including electrical demolition, bollard lighting, electrical conduits and electrical cables.
