Description
Project Description: Eanes Independent School District (EISD) is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors for the construction of two additional restrooms within an existing elementary school facility. Participation is limited to contractors holding an active Job Order Contract (JOC) through an approved purchasing cooperative or a Central Texas Purchasing Alliance (CTPA) member district.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 3:30 PM (CST). All interested contractors must check in at the District Operations Center (D.O.C.), 4300 Westbank Drive, Austin, TX 78746, prior to 3:30 PM to obtain a visitor badge. Attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure a clear understanding of site conditions and project requirements.
