FORENSIC TOXICOLOGY SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract FORENSIC TOXICOLOGY SERVICES 25-120-COR on or before November 4, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at brian.rovik@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County (“County”) Coroner’s Office is seeking Forensic Toxicology Services. Bidders shall be an accredited forensic laboratory by ANSI National Accreditation Board in ISO/IEC standards to perform testing, drug identification and postmortem toxicology. Toxicology screening and confirmation is required for alcohol, illicit and prescription services, and carbon monoxide. Specialized analysis for less common substances or analysis using tissue or decomposed specimens are required.  Additional unspecified tests may be ordered as needed. T
