The Maryland Department of State Police (MDSP) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to obtain an indefinite quantity fixed price agreement with one qualified source to provide serological screening, Y-screening, autosomal STR analysis, Y-STR analysis and mitochondrial DNA testing of forensic casework evidence, as well as DNA databasing samples (autosomal STR only).
