Description:

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain firm fixed price proposals from qualified contractors to provide foreign language telephone interpreting services for all County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) departments to include but not limited to public safety agencies such as the Sheriff’s Office, Fire & Rescue and 911-dispatch, as well as health and human services. These services will be provided on an “as-needed basis” 365 days a year/ seven (7) days a week/ twenty-four (24) hours a day.

The County will award to a single contract for these services and does not guarantee any minimum services.
