| Bid Synopsis: | The Department of Health Services (DHS), Office of the Secretary (OS), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide foreign language post-production audio and video translation services. The State of Wisconsin routinely conducts business with clients who have Limited English Proficiency (LEP). The bid will provide a variety of services, including but not limited to audio recording, and video editing services for foreign language specific to transcription, subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, or manipulation, of English to non-English languages. |
