Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc for aeronautical navigation flight charts for CBP’s electronic flight bags. The requirement is for ForeFlight – Military Flight Bag Performance charts.



The proposed flight charts will be distributed and utilized by CBP Air and Marine Operations (AMO) pilots for domestic operations. There are currently no other applications that meet the flight navigation requirements.



Boeing Digital’s application offers comprehensive and total coverage of the Continental United States (CONUS) providing flight planning, charts, weather details, airport information, and other necessary aviation tools that are critical for flight safety and operation.



The anticipated contract period of performance will be from September 20, 2025 through September 19, 2026.



This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time. You must submit a capabilities statement displaying your ability to meet the requirements.



A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.
