Project Description: The Hillsborough County Property Appraiser’s Office (HCPA) hereby issues this Request for Information (RFI) as defined in section 287.012(22), Florida Statutes. The HCPA is seeking information from experienced vendors to provide online registration of properties and administration of records related to properties in foreclosure throughout unincorporated Hillsborough County.
The HCPA needs a qualified Contractor to create and maintain an electronic database of searchable property records for properties falling under the ordinance definition of properties in foreclosure. The database shall always be available online to HCPA Staff. This database should allow online updates to the information stored within by HCPA Staff. The database shall be treated as a Public Record and the Contractor shall make all Public Records requests for this data available within a reasonable time of the request by the County. The Contractor shall provide the County free access to the electronic database and provide electronic database training to County staff, either in person or remotely, when requested.
This is not a “competitive solicitation”, as defined in section 287.012(6), Florida Statutes. Vendor responses to this RFI will be reviewed for informational purposes only and will not result in the award of any contract.
