The City of Warner Robins will receive bids for the purchase of one (1) 2022/2023 Ford Police Interceptor SUV
.
Product specifications are included in the Line Item portion of the bid. Specific manufacturer and model names are listed for the purpose of establishing a standard of quality and performance. Equivalent models from alternative manufacturers that meet or exceed the technical specifications and functional requirements will be accepted and considered. Offerors must clearly identify the proposed item as an equivalent and provide sufficient documentation demonstrating that the proposed item meets or exceeds the technical specifications of the specified model.
The successful bidder shall furnish features, which are regularly furnished as standards with this vehicle. The vehicle shall conform in strength, quality of material and workmanship to that provided by the best manufacturing and engineering practices of the industry. It is required that the unit, as specified herein, shall be completely assembled, serviced and ready for operation.
The quoted vehicle must be on the lot and ready for pickup at time of bid award.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 4:00 PM (ET).
All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Monday, June 2, 2025 at 4:00 PM (ET).
The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, value, availability, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive formalities.
