Notes	The City of Warner Robins will receive bids for the purchase of 2024/2025 Ford Police Interceptor SUVs per the attached specifications. The vehicle described shall meet the minimum requirements that follow. The successful bidder shall furnish features, which are regularly furnished as standards with this vehicle. The vehicle shall conform in strength, quality of material and workmanship to that provided by the best manufacturing and engineering practices of the industry and the latest model available. The bidder shall represent by this bid that all requested parts and equipment are manufacturer installed new and unused. It is required that the unit, as specified herein, shall be completely assembled, serviced and ready for operation. NOTE: Vehicle must be on the lot and ready for pickup. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price and other factors considered. The City will make said determination. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive formalities.
