Ford Parts, Maintenance, Service, and Repairs

The City of Richmond, Division of General Services-Fleet Management (“Fleet”) has an immediate and ongoing need for qualified vendors to supply Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and service for its fleet of Ford manufactured vehicles.

The City of Richmond seeks a qualified vendor to fulfill the outlined requirements for the procurement of Ford parts, maintenance, service, and repairs. This partnership is critical to maintaining the efficiency, safety, and operational readiness of our fleet. Potential vendors must demonstrate strong experience, reliable service delivery, and a commitment to quality standards. Responses to this solicitation are expected to adhere to the specifications and service commitments defined in this scope of work.

The City’s fleet of Ford vehicles includes marked and unmarked police units, non-emergency sedans, vans, sport utility vehicles, and light-duty trucks. There are approximately 1,500 vehicles in the fleet.
