NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent, or designated representative, for the Plumsted Township, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey on January 15, 2026 at 2:30 PM. prevailing time, conducted in electronic platform in accord with N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et seq., on BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com//plumstedtownship for the following:

Labor Counsel

Proposers are requested to include a copy of their Business Registration Certificate with their proposal. All proposers must be fully licensed to carry out the duties of their respective professions as required by State law.
