Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the County Engineer’s Office of the County of Salem. The following services have been established as priorities: “For Providing UST Closure and Engineering Design for a new AST Facility located at the Salem County Road and Bridge Facility”

Specifications may be obtained daily between 9:00 AM. and 4:00 PM. from the Salem County Engineer’s Office, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 600, Salem, New Jersey 08079 or they may be mailed on telephone request (856) 935-7510, extension 8549 or e-mail request to asosnowik@salemcountvnigov.

Responses shall be made on the forms and submitted in the manner designated within the specifications. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, ” or Providing UST Closure and Engineering Design for a new AST Facilig located at the Salem Coung Road and Bridge Facilitfi’ on the outermost package. Respondents must submit one Original (clearly marked ”Original”), two complete hard copies and one electronic copy of their responses. The proposals shall be returned to the Salem County Engineer’s Office, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 600, Salem, NJ 08079 no later than October 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM. prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public at Salem County Engineer’s Office, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 600, Salem, NJ 08079. Late bids will not be considered.

Respondents are required to comply with requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJ.A.C. 17:27 regarding Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and regulations as well as P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C. 33 as amended by P.L. 2016, c.43 (N.J.S.A. 52-25-242) Corporate Disclosure.
