Additional Instructions

Addendum No. 1 was issued on December 11, 2024, postponing the bid opening date and outlining the posting dates for updated plans and drawings. As built drawing were posted on the website on December 11, 2024. Scope drawings were due to be posted by Friday, January 31, 2025. Due to technical issues with our website, we are unable to make updates or add additional at this time. Please see attached “Addendum No. 2 - Scope Drawings”.

We hope to have the website issues resolved shortly. Please continue to check the County website for future project updates. https://talbotcountymd.gov/cdbg . The next posting date is for architectural and engineering drawings due by March 3, 2025.
