he full replacement of the standing seam roofs of the facility as it has reached its end of life. The steel structure in its current state cannot support additional loads and requiring upgrades. Structural drawings with strengthening details to be provided that will complete this roof replacement package

Description of Work
.1 The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
.1 Removal of the existing standing seam metal roofing.
.2 Installation of new structural steel components. steel frame and supporting roof elements (purlins)
.3 Installation of a new low slope standing seam roof system.
.4 Installation of new eavestrough and corresponding leaders on the
sloped metal roof edges
