Advertisement for Bids:
Ramsons Inc, acting as Construction Manager for the Marked Tree School District, will receive bids for trade packages for the football stadium bleacher and grandstand improvements.
Sealed bids will be received at the Construction Manager’s office (Ramsons, Inc./3111 Dan Ave/Jonesboro, AR) until 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 3rd, and shall be submitted to Ramsons in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids will be received, opened privately and then placed under review. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.
Bids will be received for the following trade packages:
Bid Package #1: Concrete
Bid Package #2: Electrical
Bid Package #3: General Construction

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid that exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, Ramsons, Inc. and the Marked Tree District encourage all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
