Food Supply and Distribution Services

Project Description: The purpose and intent of this RFP is to provide the CCSD Food and Nutrition Services Department (FNS) and MCS Food and Nutrition Services Department a means to select food service distributor(s) to provide and deliver a variety of food products and some supplies; including, but not limited to, main entrees, beverages, grocery/staple items. The delivery will be weekly to approximately 112 schools for CCSD and 11 schools for MCS with secure firm fixed pricing, for the specified contract period. Distributors must commit to implementing and maintaining a partnership with CCSD and MCS to provide the highest levels of service quality and standards for the entire term of this contract and subsequent renewal periods. Estimated annual expenditures will be approximately $20 million for CCSD and $3.5 million for MCS.
