The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified offerors to establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for the purchase of food and grocery items delivered to Southwest Virginia Community College (SWCC) Eagle Cafe, located in Cedar Bluff, VA. SWCC orders a variety of fresh and frozen food, including, but not limited to: meats, fruits, vegetables, dairy, condiments, spices, paper products, plastic products, and other grocery items that are not offered by the Commonwealth of Virginiaâs mandatory sources. These ordered items will vary from week to week and require delivery to the collegeâs campus.
