Summary

Purpose of Proposal:

The purpose of this bid is to specify the new vehicle needed for food transport for the Passaic Public Schools Food Service Department. One vehicle will replace an aged truck (2003 Chevy) currently being used by the Food Service Department. This will allow the Food Service Department to have a complete fleet of vehicles, and it will enable deliveries to go uninterrupted in the future. The bid is for one truck. Please specify the price for either the 2024 model or 2025 model. The Board of Education reserves the right to choose either the 2024 or 2025 truck model, depending on bid results submitted.

Background

Company should have at least 10 (ten) years of truck sale distribution experience. Company should not be under any financial or operational investigations.
