The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) issues this Request for Offer (RFO) to solicit bids from qualified vendors to implement and support a Food Service Management Software (FSMS) Solution for the State’s Supported Living Centers (SSLCs) and State Hospitals (SHs), including the administrative site at the Health and Specialty Care System (HSCS) Facility Operation Support Nutrition and Food Service (FOS NFS). The desired system applications will provide increased efficiency and automation of residential healthcare food service operations to meet the needs of individuals with complex dietary needs related to nutrition, food texture, and health conditions.
