Food Service Equipment Upgrades for Boone Trail Elementary School

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by Wentzville R-IV School District, at the Wentzville Administration Offices, 280 Interstate Drive, Wentzville, MO 63385, until TUESDAY, MARCH 4, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. CST, for the Food Service Equipment Upgrades for Boone Trail Elementary School. Bids will be opened publicly at that time.

Drawings and specifications for this project are on file at the office of the Architect, Hoener Associates, Inc., 6707 Plainview Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63109, (314) 781-9855.

Information as to bidding instructions and requirements for procuring bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect.

Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project.

The Board of Education intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder complying with the terms of the letting. However, the Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to reject any part of a bid; to accept any bid which it deems to be in its best interest; to advertise for and solicit new bids; and, to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bid requirements and specifications

A PRE-BID MEETING / WALK-THROUGH OF THE EXISTING KITCHEN WILL BE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2025, FROM 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. WE WILL MEET AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO BOONE TRAIL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING IS VOLUNTARY.
