FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT
General Specifications
This bid is for the procurement of specified food service equipment to be delivered
to the following location:
Riverside Cafe & Grill atEscatawpa Hollow Park & Campground,
15551 MoffettRoad, Wilmer, AL 36587.
For each specified type of food service equipment, if bidding on an equivalent
item, include the manufacturer's model number and all relevant accessories.
Submit maintenance manuals containing operation, maintenance, and parts
information for all food service equipment.
Installers must be experienced and specialize in installing food service equipment.
Please note that the delivery address does not have a dock or a lift gate.
The bid price must include delivery, uncrating, assembly if required, setup,
and removal of packing materials. The County Commission will perform all
necessary plumbing and electrical connections.
Installation of shelving and similar items will be performed by the County
Commission.
