Food Service Contract for the Greene County Jail, MVJRC, and Juvenile Detention Center

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE FOOD SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE GREENE COUNTY JAIL, MIAMI VALLEY JUVENILE REHABILITATION CENTER, AND JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER

Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Board of Commissioners until Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 11 a.m., (Eastern Standard Time) at which time the proposals will be publicly opened at their office at 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, to provide the Food Service Contract for the Greene County Jail, Miami Valley Juvenile Rehabilitation Center, and Juvenile Detention Center.

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the RFP (Food Service Contract for the Greene County Jail, Miami Valley Juvenile Rehabilitation Center, and Juvenile Detention Center) prominently displayed, the proposer's name, and proposal opening date. Proposals shall be addressed to the Greene County Board of Commissioners, 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385.

The Agreement shall commence upon the signing of the Contract and shall continue in effect through the satisfactory completion of the services to be provided in the RFP documents.
