ADVERTISEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the competitive contracting provisions under the Local Public Contracts Law [N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1(g)], sealed proposals will be received by Marlboro Township for the PROVISION OF FOOD CONCESSION SERVICES AT MARLBORO SWIM CLUB FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF MARLBORO RECREATION AND SWIM UTILITY opened in public at 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746 on Wednesday March 4, 2026 at 4:00 pm prevailing time.

Copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained at http://www.marlboro-nj.gov/bids/index.html.

A Pre-Proposal Conference/Facility Inspection will be held on Tuesday February 17, 2026 at 10:00 am at MASEPE TRAIL OFF OF GORDONS CORNER ROAD, MARLBORO, NEW JERSEY, 07746.

The Township of Marlboro reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received by the Township at the time and in the manner designated by this RFP. Any and all Proposals may be rejected if deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.
