Food and Beverage Services for Minnesota State Retirement Systems Building

***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.

PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a to contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to supply Food and Beverage Services for Minnesota State Retirement Systems Building. Known as Contract release number F-565.

CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 for one year of services. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum.

CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State.

An in person pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Minnesota Retirement System Building (60 Empire Drive, Ground Floor Room 106,St. Paul, MN 55103) for all interested responders to review any concerns regarding this Request for Proposal on August 7, 2025, 11:00 AM CT. Attendance at this meeting is NOT MANDATORY but is strongly recommended. To attend, Responders should R.S.V.P to brian.mulhern@state.mn.us as soon as possible.
