Project Description: The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (“CMC”), Chapter 321, from parties, (hereinafter an “Offeror” or "Offerors”). The Offeror shall provide food and beverage concession services at the Duke Energy Convention Center (“DECC”), which is owned by the City and located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
