Project Description: Bergen County Department of Parks (BCDP) is seeking bids from qualified concessionaires for the operation of a food concession at the Overpeck, Darlington, and Rockleigh Golf Courses. Qualified concessionaires may bid on one (1) golf course, two (2) golf courses or all three (3) golf course locations. The Overpeck Golf Course Concession operation will be for a period of three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year contract renewal options. The Rockleigh and Darlington Golf Course Concession operations will be for a period of three (3) consecutive seasons with two (2) seasonal renewal options.
