FOLS, Replace Alarm System & Electrical Panel

This is a request for quote (RFQ) for the Replacement of Alarm System & Electrical Panel at Fort Larned National Historic Site in Larned, KS. This RFQ is for a Firm-Fixed Priced contract using NAICS code NAICS Code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, and the size standard is $19 million.

Your firm is requested to supply and install the required items as set forth in the attached Scope of Work (SOW), provided agreement can be reached as to the price and other terms of the contract.

Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to Replace the main 400 amperage electrical distribution panel in the park visitor center. The new panel will replace an existing panel installed in 1974 servicing the park headquarters, visitor center and museum facility. A temporary electrical service panel will be needed while work to replace the panel is installed and tested.

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000

Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Pawnee County, KS will apply.

EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price

This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses.
