Description
It is the intent of the University of South Carolina to establish a qualified source of supply for a FOIA Software solution. The University is seeking a highly configurable Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) softwar solution/portal with an implementation plan and is not seeking a customized solution.
Pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on March 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Please reach out to Procurement Manager for access.
