PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: Removal of the existing roof assembly on the North and South

towers along with the loading canopy roof at the South Tower. Existing roof assembly to be removed down

to the base layer underlayment, including all parapet caps and flashing at the perimeter and roof

penetrations. Install a new roofing assembly complying with FM Global standards, 2021 International Energy

Conservation Code and the 2021 International Building Code roof assembly, rooftop structure, and Fire

Classification.
