PROJECT SCHEDULE/DURATION:

* Construction Duration: 12 Weeks
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: This project includes restoration of brick masonry facade
components at wall openings, below parapet caps, and at vertical brick masonry wall returns. The work that
will be required includes but is not limited to the following:
* Remove clean and re-install coping stones including new thru-wall flashing, stainless steel pins,
sealants and lead T-caps.
* Remove and replace damaged, spalled, cracked, and deteriorated bricks including repointing at
parapets above walkways.
* Rebuild brick walls at step cracks and add joint stitching.
* Repair masonry bulge including coating existing beam, new flexible flashing and metal drip edge.
