The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .  Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site.

A non-mandatory pre-SOQ video conference will be held on November 14, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time. SOQs must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than December 19, 2024, 2:00 P.M., Local Time. SOQs will be publicly acknowledged via videoconference immediately thereafter. Video conference link is provided in solicitation documents.

Selected respondents invited for RFP is scheduled for January 31, 2025, or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
