Project Description: The FM 1103 Water and Sewer Relocations project includes the relocation or lowering of 13 water lines, with approximately 7,500 linear feet of new water line installation and 1,200 linear feet of steel encasement. The project also involves adjustments to seven segments of sanitary sewer lines, including approximately 1,200 linear feet of new sanitary sewer pipes, 550 linear feet of steel encasement, and 30 cubic yards of concrete encasement. Work will take place along FM 1103 from Rodeo Way to FM 78.
