Floyd County Workforce Housing Study
The Economic Development Authority of Floyd County, Virginia (EDA) is seeking qualified, interested firm/s to prepare plans for Workforce Housing on an approximately 40-acre site. This will include Title Search and surveying, Preliminary Engineering and Architectural Report, Site Planning, and Impact Study. There will be a virtual pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, February 4th at 11 a.m. Interested organizations should contact Lydeana Martin at lmartin@floydcova.gov to request the full Request for Proposals document and virtual meeting link. Proposals will be accepted until 3 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
