Project Description: Toho Water Authority is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the inspection, calibration, repair and/or replacement of Toho`s Flow Meters annually and on as needed basis. The testing, repair and calibration level required will be equivalent to standards established by the American Water Works Association (AWWA). Toho Water Authority’s flow meters are located in Kissimmee, Poinciana and incorporated Osceola County.
