Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) releases a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed Price contract for service to provide non-invasive flow meter verification testing for six (total) Siemens MagFlo meters in the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) at PHNSY & IMF.



This requirement is for one (1) base year and four (4) option years.



The tentative start date is 03 March 2025.



The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawai'i. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is H252, Equipment and Materials Testing - Measuring Tools.



All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, DFARS 7 /202023, and NMCARS 18-22.



Please note the following:



• The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-25-Q-0016.



• Quotes are due no later than Wednesday, 02/05/2025 at 11:00 a.m. HST.



• Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact.



• Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged.



• The Government may revise the solicitation at any time by means of an Amendment. It is an offeror's responsibility to ensure it is accessing the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website, https://sam.gov/, to view1 potential amendments and procurement notifications for this solicitation.



• Contract award will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation.



• All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 52.212-3.



• All questions regarding solicitation N32253-25-Q-0016 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due 01/30/2025 1100 HST.
