Electronic bids will be received via Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com on behalf of the Cobb County Board of
Commissioners until 12:00 noon on May 28, 2026, for furnishing all labor, material, equipment and other things
necessary for the complete construction of:
Project No./Project Name: B2448 / Florence Road at Hiram Road / Gaydon Road
Project Description: Project consists of the improvements to Florence Road at Hiram Road /
Gaydon Road intersection to include the construction of a roundabout, raised
median, striping modifications, and street lighting. Cobb County Water
System work is also included in this project.
Project Duration: The time allowed for performance of the project will be 270 days from issuance
of Notice to Proceed.

Contractor must meet the current bid requirements of the Georgia Department of Transportation.
