Floodwall Construction - Old Town and WWTP Lagoon

The City of Eureka is accepting proposals for the construction of floodwalls in select locations.  The project is comprised of two (2) components, Old Towne Flood Mitigation System and Eureka WWTP Lagoon Flood Protection Improvements.  Sealed bids will be accepted by U.S. Mail at P.O. Box 125, Eureka, MO 63025, or by package delivery service or in-person at the Eureka Public Works facility, 111 North Virginia Avenue; Eureka, MO 63025, until 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 12, 2024.  The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud thirty (30) minutes later at 10:30 AM at The Timbers of Eureka (Recreation Center), 1 Coffey Park Lane; Eureka, MO  63025, due to space limitations at the Public Works facility.  A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM at The Timbers of Eureka (Recreation Center); 1 Coffey Park Lane; Eureka, MO  63025.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.  If you wish to access the plans and specifications and submit a response, you must create an account and subscribe to the Request for Proposals option (which is under Bid Postings) to receive any addendum notifications which may be issued.
