**This is a request for quotes under simplified acquisition procedures***

This project consists of preparing the area for treatment; furnishing and placing seed, sprigs, mulch, fertilizer, inoculant, lime, and other soil amendments; mobilization and demobilization of the contractor's forces and equipment necessary for performing the work required under the contract; and excavation required by the drawings and specifications and disposal of the excavated materials.



A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated.
