The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Norfolk District (NAO), is excited to announce an Industry Day that will focus on the procurement of a vessel repair Indefinite Delivery Indefinitely Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
