Flight Deck Safety Nets for CGC JAMES (WMSL 754)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z080-25-Q-0000265 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101 effective October 26, 2018.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 314994. The small business size standard is 1000.

It is anticipated that one (1) firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.

DUE DATE FOR QUOTES: Closing date and time for receipt of quotes is 16 JUNE 2025 at 09:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Anticipated award date is on or about 17 JUNE 2025. E-mail quotations are preferred and may be sent to Kimberly.R.Holubec@uscg.mil. Please indicate 70Z080-25-Q-0000265 in subject line. Please include your Unique Entity ID on your quote. Interested Offerors having the expertise as required are invited to submit a Firm Fixed Price proposal that will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be submitted on company letterhead stationery and must include the following information (1) Cost Breakdown, (2) Labor Cost, (3) Extended Price, (4) Total Price, (5) Payment Terms, (6) Discount offered for prompt payment, (7) Company Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Cage Code.
