Flexible Technical Assistance (FlexTech) Consultants Statewide Services

Description of goods to services to be bid:

NYSERDA is seeking proposers who can demonstrate technical assistance capabilities including, energy and decarbonization analysis, design, professional services and climate resiliency.

Proposers should demonstrate expertise providing energy efficiency, electrification, and emissions reduction technical assistance services. NYSERDA is particularly interested in proposers who demonstrate work that focuses on heat pump, heat pump readiness (e.g. thermal and electric load reduction, thermal load reshaping via heat recovery and thermal storage, electric infrastructure and service capacity analysis, and other feasibility considerations) and system resiliency in existing buildings, through the analysis and design stages of a project.

Eligible proposers include but are not limited to engineering firms, energy consultants and energy service companies and must have a Professional Engineer on staff.
