Description:	Milling and resurfacing of public streets with miscellaneous curb, sidewalk and driveway repairs. Also includes storm sewer repairs and underdrain installation and pavement markings. Some quantities include 8250 LF curb removal and replacement, 43,021 square feet of sidewalk removal and replacement, 7,187 tons of HMA surface course, 62,357 square feet of HMA surface removal.
Additional Description:	Prior to downloading Proposal Documents the contractor shall submit their Certificate of Eligibility provided by the Illinois Department of Transportation to the Engineering Services Department (engineeringservices@carolstream.org).
