Per Section 1.3 of the Scope of Work,
The Contractor shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience supplying and delivering flexible base, surface rock, 3x5-inch rock, or a like product as of the closing date of this solicitation.
The Contractor shall have a source facility within 100 miles of the City of Austin Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).
